Lucy Tyler

Lucy Lu Tyler, 16 years old, of Cambridge, MD passed away at her home on Wednesday, 6/4/2025 after a sudden medical decline. Lucy was born on 5/6/2009 on Town Point Road in Cambridge, MD.

Lucy started her life with her brothers and sisters at the local humane society until she was adopted by her mother, Renee Tyler. At first sight, Lucy sat up and waved her left paw and that’s all it took for her mother to adopt her. Lucy loved going for a car rides, eating cupcakes and cheese, and always having a treat anytime she came in from the outside. Lucy loved any kind of treat from Milk Bones to Pup-Peronis. Lucy loved wearing a sweater outside on frigid days and dressing up in Halloween costumes. Throughout her life, Lucy loved to play with squeaky dog toys.

Lucy Lu was well loved for 16 years by her owner/mother, Renee Tyler, her faithful companion/sister Ethel Mae, grandmother, Mary Ann Tyler, and aunt/godmother, Jennifer McGlaughlin AKA “Aunt Steak”. We all were so lucky to be loved by such a sweet girl. We will forever love and miss our sweet Lucy Lu.
